Level 4 Certificate in Laser / IPL Hair & Skin Treatments – Beginners (Intensive) course allows students to complete the course without previous qualifications or experience.  This course covers the OFQUAL Level 2 in Facials, a Level 3 in Anatomy & physiology, and Level 4 in Laser & IPL. Students will be required to attend the training centre for practical days and assessment days.  The theory element of the course will be covered during the practical days; students will be required to complete the written assignments for the course at home.

The course will cover the following:

    • Level 2 in Facials
    • Level 3 A&P (self directed study; for VTCT course a multiple choice exam must be passed; for RQF option there is no exam)
    • Management of Health, Safety & Security in the Salon
    • Client Care & Communication in Beauty Related Industries
    • Laser & IPL Hair Removal
    • Laser & IPL Skin Treatments

Course Fee: £2325 (Excludes kit and beauty tunic)

Registration Fee: £199*

Exam Fee: The course price includes practice and assessment dates provided upon course registration, includes one attempt of the multiple-choice theory exam for treatments, two attempts of A&P exams and two assignment submissions. For charges relating to additional exam attempts, practical assessment days and assignment submissions please refer to our terms and conditions. Students can opt for a RQF Level 3 Award in Understanding Human Anatomy which is assessed through completion of a work book – these is no exam.

Booking Fee: A non refundable booking fee of £420 must be paid to secure your place on this course. The remaining amount can be paid as a single instalment or in four interest free instalments at four week intervals. Entry Requirements: Students must possess a good level of English.

Additional Information: This course is ideal for students who wish to progress on to advanced skin treatments including skin peels and skin needling. Please check this course meets your local licensing requirements.

Qualification Requirements: Students will be required to complete course work, practical assessments and exams to successfully complete the qualification.

    I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get into laser treatments. Very clear guidelines on what to expect and detailed information on all parts of the course. Great combination of courses to get to level 4 laser. Extremely helpful tutors that are willing to go above and beyond to help students with any queries. Gain a very in depth understanding of all aspects of facials, anatomy and physiology and laser hair removal and skin treatments. Will definately book again for other courses I need.
